As a working mother of three, I know the challenges that women face in making their own health a priority. I've struggled with food and weight issues since childhood and believed that I was doomed to be obese my entire life.

Fortunately, I discovered intermittent fasting and the power of asking myself "What IF?" in 2018 and have lost 50+ pounds permanently without depriving myself or setting foot in a gym.

I've since made it my mission to help other busy successful women realize that they are not alone in their struggles and that our health goals can be achieved with the right mindset.

    Like to pick and choose which lessons to focus on

    May find it difficult to add weekly coaching sessions into their current schedule

    The Guided Coaching Track will begin on Sunday, February 20, 2022 and will provide weekly guided coaching sessions and assignments. Modules and workbook sections will be released weekly throughout the course of 6-weeks. This track is perfect for those who:

    Like to plan ahead and be prepared before starting

    Prefer or need additional support, guidance, and encouragement throughout the program

    Like to follow a more structured schedule or curriculum

    Look forward to meeting with a supportive coach, friend, or mentor on a weekly basis

    Enjoys receiving feedback, guidance, and suggestions on their progress

  • How will I receive information about the course once I enroll?

    All enrollees will receive information and notifications via email, so please be sure to add alexis@thewhatifdietplan to your VIP or "safe contacts" list. Those who enroll in the Guided Coaching Track will also receive weekly emails when new modules and workbook sections are available, and to schedule their weekly coaching call. All enrollees will also receive weekly reminders about incomplete lessons, (which can be opted out of.)
